Jay Sutliffe, PhD, RD, is a professor & lead of the nutrition & foods program at Northern Arizona University. Chloe Sutliffe, BS, LMT, CHWC, is a chef, massage therapist, wellness coach, & author. They have owned & operated two plant-based restaurants/health food stores.
